HardTruths
An AI-driven 360-feedback tool — built to make a point about how cheap it now is to replace SaaS with software you own.
What it is
HardTruths runs a 360-style feedback round and uses an LLM to consolidate raw responses into something the recipient can actually act on: themes, contradictions, blind spots — written for the person, not for HR.
[DRAFT — one paragraph on why "honest 360s for the person, not the form" is the design choice that matters.]
How I built it
Built mostly to test a theory: that any feedback SaaS at €15/employee/month can be replaced by a few hundred lines of code, a model, and a small amount of judgment about what the output should look like.
[DRAFT — the actual stack, how long it took, what the build-vs-buy economics looked like.]
What I learned
[DRAFT — the most useful insight here is probably about where SaaS still wins, not just where it loses. What couldn't you replicate?]
